Real 2PM goes behind the scenes with 2PM for 2nd fan meeting
On April 3rd, 2PM held their second fan meeting with the support of 2,000 fans at the Kwangwoon University auditorium.
With gagwoman Kim Shin Young as the host, the members of the group’s official fanclub, HOTTEST, were invited for a special two hour-long concert. Earlier today, Real 2PM uploaded a special behind the scenes look at the fan meeting on their official YouTube channel.

Audio of 2PM’s Japanese Single, “Take Off” released
The audio of 2PM’s upcoming Japanese debut single “Take Off” has been released!
The song is an original Japanese single with a great beat along with catchy lyrics. In addition, the coupling track on the official single will be the Japanese version of their hit Korean song “Heartbeat“.
Check out the awesome audio of “Take Off” below as the boys aim to do the same in Japan.

IU, 2PM, and more perform at SK Communication’s “Cyworld Festival”
On April 2nd, SK Communications celebrated ‘Cyworld Day’ by holding a “Cyworld Festival” with a 50,000 member audience at the Children’s Grand Park.
Done under the theme of three key words – ‘Feel’, ‘Play’, and ‘Listen’ – the festival was divided into two different zones.
In “Starlight,” which was held at night, fans enjoyed performances by IU, 2PM, UV, Leessang,Supreme Team and eight other teams. For “Daylight,” which was held during the day, indie artists likeYozo, Zitten, Windy City, Attic Moonlight, Go Go Boys and others ushered in the spring with fresh performances.
The TF of SK Communication’s marketing team, Kim Young Mok, commented, “We’ll be working on the Cyworld Festival as our main project all year long. This July, we’ll be creating a new theme fit for the summer season to provide a variety of cultural events for our members.”

2PM’s Taecyeon wants his abs back

2PM’s Taecyeon has shown his determination in getting his body back in shape by vowing to quit drinking.

Recently on his Twitter, the star wrote, “I’d like for people to recommend me food that aren’t spicy, salty, or oily. I’m going back into exercising mode in order to find my abs, which seem to have disappeared. So different from my Cabi days last year. I think I looked the best then, so it’s time to make my abs once again kekeke.”

In a reply to a friend that tweeted, “Let’s do it together,” Taecyeon wrote back, “I vow to quit drinking for a while. I hate drinking and exercising, but it’s better that I do what I have to do before I play. We said we were ‘beastly idols’, but if our bodies are merely just pets, we can’t call ourselves the original beasts now can we?”
He concluded, “Let’s run towards the day that I get back my abs, gogo~”.

2PM will also be holding a fan meeting on the afternoon of April 3rd at Kwang Woon University.

2PM + T-ara pair up for Look Optical

Blue chippers 2PM along with girl group T-ara were recently picked up by optical store LOOK Opticalto endorse the latest sunglasses and frames.

LOOK Optical’s Seoul store was recently covered with posters of the two groups and they also officially opened up their Youtube channel which included videos of the photo shoot with the two groups.

2PM celebrates Junho’s birthday

On a recent episode of “Real 2PM“, the members celebrated Junho’s 21st birthday. Though it was actually on January 25th, the group couldn’t celebrate it properly because they had a schedule that day. Consequently, they decided to surprise Junho with two cakes during their photoshoot for Coca-Cola.

The video began with Junsu musing, “What’s important is… I think, really, it’s good to have a birthday when you have a schedule.” The members were then seen secretly lighting the birthday cakes for Junho. It seems that they arranged it so that a birthday song would play during Junho’s shoot, which would cue the members to flock in and bombard Junho while screaming singing at the top of their lungs, “Happy Birthday to You!~”.

Smiling, Junho said thank you and blew out the candles. But at that moment, Junsu lost his grip on the cake and dropped it on the floor! Wooyoung, by reflex, tried to move away from Junsu, but unfortunately, his cake slid right onto the ground as well! Junho fell to the floor laughing, while Junsu took a piece off the ground and ate it. That’s right… he ate a piece of cake off the floor!

Junho jokingly yelled, “Who dropped it?” as everyone else tried to dodge the blame. Eventually, the members got down to get a taste of the cakes on the floor. Junho grinned, “This is a happy birthday,”and went on to thank everyone for a fun memory.
